Wildat Guardians - A grassroots organization dedicated to improving the health and beauty of Wildcat Creek. They are an active group that does a lot to help the river corridor.

Local Canoe Liveries

Wildcat Canoe and Kayak Too - Operating on the Lower Valley of the North Fork from May through October. They are located right across the river from the Mis-So-La Access Site.

Hoosier Canoe Club - Based in Indianapolis, this canoe club is the largest in the state. It is an active club that offers many training and paddling opportunities in Indiana and beyond.

Important: The river is constantly changing. Hazards like log jams and tree falls will come and go, so always be ready for them. Riffles will appear and disappear based on water flow levels. Do not attempt boating on this or any river during high water. Please be safe, respectful and responsible on the river.
